• Phone number (encrypted)
• Menstrual cycle data (dates, flow, symptoms, intimacy logs)
• Profile preferences (language, timezone)

We do NOT collect: location, contacts, browsing history, or data from other apps.

2. How we protect your data

• AES-256-GCM encryption on all sensitive fields (phone, email, notes)
• WhatsApp end to end encrypted communication
• HTTPS/TLS 1.3 for all dashboard connections
• Restricted server access controls
• Data stored on restricted access servers

3. Data sharing

We use service providers to operate ElaZap and may process data to provide, maintain, and improve the service.

4. Your rights (GDPR/CCPA)

• Access: export all your data anytime via dashboard or WhatsApp
• Deletion: permanently delete all your data anytime
• Portability: export your data in CSV format
• Correction: update your information via dashboard or WhatsApp

5. Data retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. Upon deletion request, all data is permanently erased within 24 hours, including backups.
