1. About the service

ElaZap is a menstrual cycle tracking service via WhatsApp and web dashboard. Log cycles, symptoms, flow, intimacy, and explore insights charts and predictions based on your history.

2. Not medical advice

ElaZap is a tracking tool, not a medical device. Predictions are estimates based on your records and should not replace professional medical advice. Do not use ElaZap as a contraceptive method.

3. Acceptable use

• You must be 13 years or older to use the service
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you log
• Do not use the service for illegal or abusive purposes

4. Account & access

Your account is linked to your phone number. You are responsible for keeping your device secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Availability

We strive to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your account and delete all your data at any time, at no cost. Simply send "delete my data" via WhatsApp or use the option in the dashboard.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes via WhatsApp. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
